Advisor Meredith Mears represented local investor, M3 Investments, in their purchase of a +/- 900 square foot condo unit fronting Route 13 in Salisbury, Maryland.

After purchasing, M3 Investments completed extensive renovations to both the interior and exterior of the unit. The class A commercial space is ADA compliant and currently occupied by a medical practitioner.
