Advisors Greg Johnson and Meredith Mears collaborated to sell a fully leased investment property located in the heart of Northwood Industrial Park to a local investment group. The +/- 2,600 square foot building located at 2112 Windsor Drive in Salisbury, MD is occupied by a government agency.

Mears, who represented the purchaser, produced an executed contract on the building within three weeks of it being listed by Johnson.

“The seamless way in which the property underwent due diligence and settled speaks volumes for the current commercial real estate market throughout Delmarva,” said Johnson. “It’s a great time to invest and quality properties are not staying available for long.
