Ryan Pappas is a Licensed Real Estate Advisor with NAI Coastal. A serial entrepreneur at heart, Ryan has led a successful consulting career in the technology industry where he has partnered with several local and national companies to manufacture efficient growth. As a commercial real estate advisor, Ryan not only presents clients with market-specific knowledge, but also an intimate understanding of business development.

In leveraging his own unique professional experiences, Ryan has helped several mid-sized companies grow their internal sales teams through the establishment of strategic partnerships. His consultancy has led to major acquisitions, including those by Fortune 100 companies. Additionally, Ryan is known for his ability to effect growth in existing revenue streams by 60-80%. Backed by such experience, Ryan enters the commercial real estate industry with intent to help businesses across the Delmarva Peninsula engage in strategic property negotiations that complement and align with their goals. 

As a recent bone marrow transplant survivor, Ryan is committed to making the most of his time. He understands the value of life and brings that same sense of urgency to all of his interactions, both personally and professionally. Outside of work, Ryan is an avid pilot and sailor. He enjoys flying his airplane as a commercially rated instrument pilot and sailing and racing his sailboat.

Ryan is a graduate of Salisbury University and a resident of Bethany Beach, Delaware, where he lives with his fiancé, Kara, an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurse at Beebe Hospital.
