Christian Phillips, Senior Advisor of NAI Coastal, is licensed in Maryland and Delaware and focuses on medical and industrial sales and leases, ground up development and existing property redevelopment, and the sale of income producing investment properties. In his nine years Christian has closed over $60 million in transactions across various industries throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Christians’ knowledge and experience lends itself to comprehensive deal development which not only leverages financial, demographic, and other data to ensure a successful outcome for his buyers, sellers, and tenants but also provides insight into the process of commercial development and construction when thinking outside the box is the best solution. Christian has and continues to grow and maintain his deep network and strong industry relationships across many asset sectors, with clients such as regional health care systems, tier 1 general contractors, and even the global powerhouse Amazon. An Eastern Shore native, Christian studied at Loyola Marymount University, the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and graduated from Salisbury University. He lived in Central America off and on for almost 10 years and spends a significant amount of time where a majority of his family is from on the island of St. Lucia. Living in Ocean City, he enjoys the outdoors and all things water related including surfing, spearfishing and anything on a boat. He is an avid soccer enthusiast and a trainer/coach at the AC Salisbury Academy. He is also a familiar face you can see in person or on TV working the scale for the largest billfish tournament in the world, The White Marlin Open.
