Salisbury, Md. – June 16, 2026 – NAI Coastal has brokered the sale of a 25,000-square-foot commercial condominium unit at 600 Glen Avenue in Salisbury, Maryland. Joey Gilkerson represented the seller in the transaction with buyer Pure Fitness.
The deal is rooted in a relationship that began in 2018, when Pure Fitness partnered with Gillis Gilkerson to purchase and redevelop a 60,000-square-foot flagship gym at the same address. As the business grew, Gillis Gilkerson built out the adjacent 25,000-square-foot expansion space, which Pure Fitness began leasing in 2022 and completed the purchase of in 2026.
“This was not a standard real estate transaction,” said Joey Gilkerson of NAI Coastal. “Pure Fitness had outgrown what the market could offer, so Gillis Gilkerson helped create the solution — building and structuring the space, including converting it into a condominium, so the business could continue growing in place.”
