SALISBURY, MD — August 13, 2026 — NAI Coastal is pleased to announce the sale of Virginia Square, a prominent +/- 24,720 square foot shopping center fronting Route 13 at 1517 North Salisbury Boulevard in Salisbury, Maryland. The property sold for $1.65 million.
