Davis Acts as Dual Agent in Self-Storage Deal

In early 2019 Chris Davis sold Acorn Mini Storage in Denton, MD, a 120 unit facility with a rental home and ample room for expansion. Chris represented both parties in the transaction.

Under new ownership, the property is now called Caroline Self Storage. New owners David and Janet Flessas said, “Chris and Tori were very helpful throughout the entire transaction process.
