The Deal Story

Chris Davis brokered the sale of the Mayan Inn, an oceanfront hotel in Daytona Beach, FL. The Mayan Inn is a recently renovated waterfront 110+ room hotel on Atlantic Avenue in Daytona Beach. This hotel is rich with history and located in a trafficked tourist destination on the Eastern Coast of Florida.

The hotel was acquired by Chris’ client Blue Water Development Company (BWDC), a local investment group known for developing and establishing resort destinations throughout the United States.
