SALISBURY, MARYLAND— September 21, 2022— The Principals of NAI Coastal are pleased to announce Senior Advisor Antonis Alexandris’ completion of the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Institute’s ‘Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate’ course (CI 101).
The intensive program covered a broad range of key financial concepts used to analyze and compare commercial real estate investments. Upon completion, Alexandris gained a comprehensive understanding of the ‘CCIM Cash Flow Model’ in relation to the quantification of investment return.
The CI 101 course is a bedrock class for real estate practitioners and the first in a series of coursework required to earn the CCIM designation. Designees are widely recognized as leading experts in relation to commercial investments and are known for their unique ability to help clients minimize risk through informed decision making.
Alexandris is actively enrolled in the ‘Market Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate’ (CI 102) course while working to achieve the Institute’s production requirements. He is a licensed real estate advisor in the state of Maryland and operates out of NAI Coastal’s office in Downtown Salisbury.
