SALISBURY, MARYLAND – July 23, 2020 – Advisor George Merritt recently brokered a lease bringing a new graphic artist to Downtown Salisbury’s City Center building. Studio Antheia will soon occupy +/- 1,040 square feet of commercial space fronting the Main Street Plaza. The branding and design studio is led by Morgan Brewer (Parsons) and will feature creative workshops and an eventual storefront showcase.

“George listened to what we needed and showed us a lot of beautiful options in the Downtown area. He was happy to answer any questions that we had and made the entire process incredibly easy,” said Brewer. “Thanks to George, we found the perfect place in the City Center and are excited to be a part of the growing community here in Downtown Salisbury.”

The commencement of Studio Antheia’s lease marks the third new business brought to Downtown Salisbury by Merritt in 2020. Earlier this spring, Merritt represented two locally owned clothing boutiques in their move to the Plaza— Bombshell Boutique and Lilac Clothing Company.

“When Morgan reached out to me with interest in being a part of the Downtown revival, I immediately thought of the City Center building. I worked with the landlord, Bret Davis, to secure the lease and customize the space to suit Studio Antheia’s needs. I’m looking forward to seeing what they do with the unit and storefront,” commented Merritt.
