I. 107 North East Front Street, Milford, DE — In collaboration with Gillis Gilkerson, NAI Coastal Principal Joey Gilkerson and Keith Walpole of R&R Commercial Realty crafted a +/- 5,200 square foot lease for Aveanna Healthcare, one of the largest providers of pediatric care in the nation. The five-year lease will commence at the conclusion of GGI’s turnkey, custom buildout. Upon presentation of a unique client need, Gilkerson acted as a co-broker and worked alongside GGI to secure the tenant’s buildout and construction plans. In addition to Aveanna Healthcare, the recently redeveloped building houses The Insurance Market.
II. 600 Glen Avenue, Unit 104, Salisbury, MD — Principal Bradley Gillis recently secured a +/- 4,500 square foot lease for Capital Women’s Care alongside Scott Wimbrow of Mackenzie Commercial Real Estate. After learning of the practitioner’s growth and need for additional square footage, Gillis presented the Glen Avenue property with buildout options courtesy of Gillis Gilkerson, redeveloper of the 160,000 square foot building. In the coming weeks, Capital Women’s Care will begin a ten-year lease term in a brand new, state of the art medical office unit. NAI Coastal currently has their former location on South Salisbury Boulevard (Route 13) available for lease.
III. 600 Glen Avenue, Unit 103, Salisbury, MD / 1003 Mount Hermon Road, Salisbury, MD — Valucentric, a local appraisal firm formerly known as The Trice Group, utilized NAI Coastal’s relationship with Gillis Gilkerson in their move from Mount Hermon Road to 600 Glen Avenue. Principal Joey Gilkerson worked alongside SVN Miller Commercial Real Estate’s John McClellan to secure a five-year lease for the firm while also selling their former building. Gillis Gilkerson not only participated in the buildout of Glen Avenue, but also in the sale- leaseback and redevelopment of 1003 Mount Hermon Road, future home of Peninsula Alternative Health. Gilkerson’s foresight and ability to creatively match tenants with commercial property went hand-in-hand with NAI and GGI’s expertise in custom tenant buildout.
IV. Delmar Business Park, Sussex Highway, Delmar, DE — Delmar Business Park is a multi-building commercial complex developed and constructed by Gillis Gilkerson with available space listed for lease by NAI Coastal. Recently, Principal Chris Gilkerson leased a +/- 2,000 square foot unit within the park to NovaCare Rehabilitation, a sports medicine and physical therapy provider. Gilkerson coordinated NovaCare’s GGI buildout, paving the way for their transition into a turnkey property.
