Chris brings over 30 years of experience to NAI Coastal as a licensed real estate broker in Maryland, Delaware and Florida. He has handled over $950 million in sales, leasing, development, management and investment transactions throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States, making him uniquely qualified as a true “full service” commercial real estate professional.
Chris’s clients include business/office parks, climate controlled self-storage facilities, warehouse/manufacturing buildings, shopping centers, age restricted retirement communities and a large wedding and hospitality venue. He has served on national self-storage and hospitality product councils and before co-founding NAI Coastal in 2019, was ranked in SVN International corporation’s top ten advisors earning him the prestigious Partner’s Circle designation in 2015.
Chris is an Eastern Shore native and enjoys spending time with his family and friends outdoors and on the water.
